Look at yourself in a mirror<br />2. Use your dominant hand.<br />3. Place the lens on your index finger, place your next finger on the lash margin of your lower lid. Place the long finger of your other hand on the lash margin of your upper lid. Separate your lids wide enough so all of the iris (coloured part of the eye) is visible.<br />4. Look at your index finger, it will be blurred. Continue to move the lens toward your eye until it touches the eye.<br />5. Look down, first release your lower lid and then your upper lid.<br />6.
